We present the Easy to read Version of the Bible (ERV) to download for free on your phone or tablet Android.

The Easy-to-read Version was published in 1989, initially prepared as the English Version for the Deaf (EVD): a Bible created to help deaf to read the Holy Word, with easy vocabulary and short sentences.

Later, the Bible had a revision for the hearing population. The changes involved more standard English and more complex sentences.

It’s very good to have a Bible easier to read and understand. The ERV was created to give families and churches a simple way to introduce God’s Word.
